NAACP Recognizes NCS students and graduate

The local NAACP branch recognized three Newark Charter School students and one NCS graduate at the Freedom Fund event held this month. Jordyn Arrington, Mya Brown and Kendall Scott are recognized for student activism and NCS graduate Tamilore Ajeigbe is recognized for student service. The NAACP, founded in 1909, is the nation’s oldest and largest Civil Rights Organization.
