Spirit Week 2016

Spirit Week 2016 was packed with student-driven activities including Hawaiian Tourist Day, Breast Cancer Awareness Day, College Day, Spirit Day and pep rally. Other events included the Class of 2018 Ring Ceremony and Junior High School Student Council elections. The kickoff to Homecoming Weekend began with Homecoming Hangout. Organized by the Freshman Class Council, 17 school clubs set up fun games including ladder golf and corn hole and offered tasty treats for all to enjoy. The event raised Patriot Pride for the field hockey, volleyball and boy’s soccer competition held Homecoming weekend. The Homecoming Hangout continued well into the early evening and included participants from all campuses of NCS! “Homecoming Hangout was able raise money for the freshman class while giving everyone a fun and enjoyable time,” said freshman Ruhi Khan. The weekend culminated with the Homecoming Dance attended by 600 Patriots, where the 2016 Homecoming Court was announced ~ Homecoming King and Queen are Sayer Evans and Jasmine Reyes; the Princes and Princesses are juniors Lily Peterson and Bryan DelleDonne, sophomores Hannah Tressler and Mathias Heider and freshmen Aesha Kothari and Rohan Yarlagadda.
