Mock Election Governor's Cup

With 91% voter participation, NCS won the Governor’s Cup for the highest voter participation statewide. Social Studies teachers in the Intermediate and Jr./Sr. High School were enthusiastic and helpful in making sure the students participatedin the voting process. Teachers Stacy Walls Bartkowski and Becca Chickadel coordinated the Mock Elections. Aftera three-day voting period in the schools, each district sent two representatives to the Mock Election Convention at Legislative Hall. The delegates read the vote totals for their district and statewide results were revealed at the conclusion of the convention. Vyshnavi Kosigishroff and Smaran Ramidi were the NCS delegates who traveled to Dover.
